Dispatch Location
All orders are now dispatched from New Zealand.

Delivery Timeframe
Please allow 15 to 20 days for your order to arrive. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on customs clearance and local delivery conditions.

Courier Service
We use Aramex for international shipping to Singapore. This service provides reliable delivery and tracking.

Shipping Rate
We offer a flat shipping rate of $35 NZD for parcels up to 5kg.
There are no additional charges for rural delivery.

Shipping Area
This shipping rate is valid for delivery within Singapore only.
